When shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Notification with your FedEx tracking number. The Shipping notification will be emailed to the email you used to place the order.

DELIVERY PROCESS

1. Made in USA: Your Nolah mattress is hand-crafted 100% here in the US using premium materials from family owned businesses.

2. FedEx Shipping: Our mattresses ship out from one of our US factories compressed in a box via FedEx and delivered straight to your front door.

3. Arrival/Setup: Unbox your Nolah mattress and sleep on it right away!

Included with your purchase, is a 120-night trial period with an easy return process for full refund.

After you purchase your Nolah mattress, you have up to 120 nights to test it in the comfort of your own home. If you do not like it after the initial 30-night break-in period, you can choose to return it up until the 120th night. We will have the mattress picked by a third party of our choosing and will issue you a full refund including taxes for the purchase price to the original method of payment. The only charge you would be responsible for is for a $99 transportation cost to cover our costs of gas and labor for the mattress pickup.

Returns are not possible within the initial 30-night break-in period or after the 120th night trial period.

If you wish to return your mattress, please email us at support@nolahmattress.com after completing the initial 30-night break-in period and before the 120th night after delivery.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Submit request: Return request must be submitted at support@nolahmattress.com. Return requests can’t be accepted over phone or live chat, only through email.

2. Return initiated: When we receive your return request, a member of our support team will get back to you and guide you through the process below.

3. Pickup scheduling: We will have the mattress picked up by a third party of our choosing and either try to find local charity to donate it to or send it for disposal or recycling. This would all be covered by a $99 shipping fee.

4. Day of pickup: Our support team member will give you instructions on what to do on the day of pickup. Instructions depend on terms provided by the local charity or driver.

5. Refund: When the mattress has been picked up and removed from your possession, we’ll process your refund in full and email you a Refund Notification.

We partner with Load Up, a local third-party logistics partner, to offer white glove mattress removal and setup. You can choose from service options: mattress removal only, mattress setup only, or our removal and setup package. For $225, the package also includes full setup of a new Nolah foundation or adjustable base. Base or foundation setup is not available with mattress removal/setup only.

You can order white glove service right here on our website, in the Optional | In-Home Removal/Setup and Trial Waiver section on this page. Click "Add Mattress Removal & Setup" and choose one of the three options in the pop-up menu.

Once you have purchased an option, you will receive an email from Load Up to schedule the service. You will be able to choose a 4-hour block of time on your preferred date.

We strongly recommend that you schedule the time once your mattress (and base if ordered) has been delivered by FedEx.

A split king bed consists of two twin XL mattresses placed side by side on a king-sized base. Together, the two twin XL mattresses (38 by 80 inches) measure the same size as a standard king mattress (76 by 80 inches).

When you order a split king, you don't have to choose the same model or firmness level for the two twin XL mattresses. It's the perfect setup for couples with different body types, sleep positions, and comfort preferences.

Also, if you have a split king adjustable base, pairing it with two twin XL mattresses lets you adjust each side of the bed independently.

Ordering a split king bed from Nolah? If you select this option, the two twin XL mattresses will arrive in separate boxes and shipments with unique tracking numbers.
